These Terms of Use govern your use of K-Destiny, including the free Saju preview and paid personalized digital reports available through kdestiny.net. By using the service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
K-Destiny provides personalized Korean Saju (Four Pillars) charts and English-language interpretations based on birth information you submit. The chart calculation is performed separately from the generative-AI interpretation layer.
The service is intended for adults. If you submit information about another person, you represent that you have permission to do so. Do not use K-Destiny to make high-stakes decisions about health, safety, finances, employment, legal rights or other matters requiring qualified professional advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, calendar selection and other information you submit. A report based on inaccurate or incomplete information may also be inaccurate. If you do not know your birth time, the service may provide a limited or estimated interpretation.
The Complete Korean Saju Report is a personalized digital product. The current launch price displayed at checkout is a one-time payment and is not a subscription. Generation begins after successful payment. The completed report is made available through a secure online link and may also be delivered by email.
Prices, promotional offers and product contents may change for future purchases. Any applicable taxes or payment-provider requirements will be shown during checkout when required.
Because the paid report is personalized digital content that begins generating immediately after payment, completed purchases are generally final except for duplicate charges, technical delivery failures, materially corrupted or inaccessible files, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Generative AI can make mistakes, produce incomplete explanations or use language that does not fit every individual. K-Destiny attempts to keep the calculated chart immutable and uses AI only as an interpretation layer, but no interpretation is guaranteed to be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
Your purchased report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may save, print and share your own report privately. You may not resell, systematically copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially redistribute K-Destiny software, templates, branding, report designs or generated service content without permission.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the site, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use K-Destiny in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the service, perform maintenance, change providers, or correct errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. When a paid report is affected by a technical failure, we will use reasonable efforts to restore delivery or provide the remedy described in the Refund & Delivery Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K-Destiny is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, future outcomes or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-Destiny will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from reliance on a reading or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe rather than stored by K-Destiny.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
